  • 6 thin beef steak.
  • 1 cup of red wine.
  • 2 tablespoons oil.
  • 1 tablespoon of salt.
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
  • 1 teaspoon oregano powder.
  • 1 teaspoon ground rosemary.
  • 1 large onion.
  • 2 tomatoes.
  • 2 serrano peppers.
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro.
  • Sliced lemon to taste.


  • In a tightly sealed bag we place the steaks next to the wine, the oil and the dry ingredients, stir and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
  • Chop the onion, chili peppers and tomatoes into thin slices and reserve.
  • We cook the steaks with a little of their marinade in a very hot comal, the cooking is fast only 1 minutes per side and we remove.
  • Then add the chopped vegetables to the griddle, let them cook for 5 minutes.
  • While the vegetables are cooking, we cut the steaks into strips and take them again to the griddle.
  • We separate the meat and vegetables to heat the tortillas in the comal, then take the tortillas, fill them with meat, vegetables and add some coriander and lemon juice.


If we do not have a comal at home we can use a very large pan.

These tacos can accompany them with the sauces of our preference.
