Don’t know what to prepare this weekend and you are about to receive guests? Well, don’t worry because I have the perfect solution for you to delight them as they deserve, with some delicious grilled chicken skewers, easy, fast and practical, plus we will combine them with vegetables to give them a unique touch and a variety of textures that will make your mouth water in seconds.


  • 1 cleaned and skinless chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 red bell bell pepper
  • 100 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 avocado
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewer stick


  1. Cut the chicken into medium cubes, place in a bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper, mustard and white wine, massage to integrate the flavors and set aside.
  2. Chop the onion, bell bell pepper and mushrooms into medium pieces.
  3. To assemble the skewers, take a cube of chicken and introduce it in the toothpick followed by a mushroom, chicken, onion, bell pepper and chicken again, continue alternating as desired with the rest of the ingredients until finished.
  4. Heat a griddle over medium heat, add the oil and place the skewers for about 5 minutes, rotate and continue grilling for another 5 minutes or until they have browned enough and the chicken is cooked.
  5. Remove from the griddle and delight your palate with these delicious grilled chicken skewers.


  1. Soak the chopsticks in water for about 5 minutes before assembling the skewers, that way they will not burn during cooking.
  2. If you wish, you can sprinkle a little lemon juice on the skewers when cooking them.
  3. You can accompany these delicious skewers with a rich red, green or spicy sauce.
