Are you looking for a rich, healthy and economical recipe? Here we will teach you how to make chicken fajitas, a very easy and quick dish to prepare.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts.
- 1 tablespoon of salt.
- 1 tablespoon chili powder.
- 1 teaspoon of pepper.
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
- Juice of a lemon.
- 2 tablespoons oil.
- 2 green bell peppers.
- 2 red bell peppers.
- 1 large onion.
- ½ cup chopped onion.
Preparation
- We start by cleaning the chicken well by removing as much fat as possible, then chop it into fajitas or strips and place it in a large container.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, chili powder and lemon juice, mix everything and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinade, we cut the chilies in julienne and the onion into squares, we reserve.
- In a large skillet add the oil, when it is hot, place the fajitas and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stir constantly.
- When the juices that the chicken released during cooking have been consumed, add the chopped vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes, remove from heat and serve.
