  • 500 gr of clean fresh shrimp.
  • 1 tablespoon of salt.
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • 1 teaspoon of ground chili.
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin.
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Juice of 2 lemons.
  • 2 butter spoons.
  • 2 serrano peppers, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup chopped onion onion.
  • 12 corn tortillas.
  • Lemon slices of your preference.

For the pico de gallo

  • 1 onion.
  • 1 red tomato
  • 5 coriander sprigs.
  • 1 jalapeño.
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Lemon juice of your preference.
  • Salt and pepper of your preference.

  • Season the shrimp with the dry ingredients, juice of the 2 lemons and oil, leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
  • For the pico de gallo, we chop the onions, the tomatoes, the coriander, the jalapeño, we put everything in a small bowl, add the oil, the lemon juice, and season and refrigerate.
  • In a very hot frying pan, melt the butter, fry the chili with the garlic and the raw onion for 2 minutes, add the shrimp and cook for 4 or 5 minutes.
  • We heat the tortillas 1 minute per side, add the salad, the shrimp, a little cheese and lemon juice of your preference.


If the pico de gallo is good juice, it is recommended to use 2 corn tortillas for each taco.
