Ingredients
- 500 gr of clean fresh shrimp.
- 1 tablespoon of salt.
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
- 1 teaspoon of ground chili.
- 1 teaspoon of cumin.
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Juice of 2 lemons.
- 2 butter spoons.
- 2 serrano peppers, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup chopped onion onion.
- 12 corn tortillas.
- Lemon slices of your preference.
For the pico de gallo
- 1 onion.
- 1 red tomato
- 5 coriander sprigs.
- 1 jalapeño.
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- Lemon juice of your preference.
- Salt and pepper of your preference.
Preparation

- Season the shrimp with the dry ingredients, juice of the 2 lemons and oil, leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
- For the pico de gallo, we chop the onions, the tomatoes, the coriander, the jalapeño, we put everything in a small bowl, add the oil, the lemon juice, and season and refrigerate.
- In a very hot frying pan, melt the butter, fry the chili with the garlic and the raw onion for 2 minutes, add the shrimp and cook for 4 or 5 minutes.
- We heat the tortillas 1 minute per side, add the salad, the shrimp, a little cheese and lemon juice of your preference.
Tips
If the pico de gallo is good juice, it is recommended to use 2 corn tortillas for each taco.
