Ingredients

  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 chopped sweet chili
  • 1 can of sweet corn
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 chopped lettuce
  • 1 large potato
  • 100 grams of ham
  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt of your preference
  • Pepper of your preference
  • Dressings

Preparation

  • We must start preparing the meat filling, we will fry a small stream of oil for 3 minutes, and meanwhile we are chopping the onion, green chili and garlic.
  • We add our ingredients to the pot and cook for 2 minutes, then we must add the finely chopped meat and season with salt and pepper to our liking.
  • Let the ingredients cook and in the meantime chop the ham, tomatoes, lettuce, boiled and peeled eggs, add avocado if desired.
  • In a clean medium bowl, place the diced potatoes; in another additional container, add the grains that come in the can of corn, do not combine them yet.
  • While the meat is done cooking you can move forward by heating the corn tortillas on a comal.
  • Now that the meat is ready, let it rest for 5 minutes, then place the other ingredients on the table and prepare the tacos as you prefer.

Tips

  • Add toppings to your tacos for added flavor, you can add Parmesan, mayonnaise, cheddar, or your favorite topping.
