  • 1 kg of ground pork loin.
  • 1 tablespoon of salt.
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
  • 1 tablespoon oil.
  • 1 egg.
  • 1 large onion.
  • 1 red bell pepper.
  • 4 boiled eggs.
  • 4 pickles.
  • 50 gr stuffed green olives.
  • Rectangular mold.
  • ½ kg of bacon in strips.

For sweet and sour sauce

  • 2 cups of ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons rice vinegar.
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 15 ml cornstarch.


  • Put the pork in a bowl, add the oil, the egg and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, cover and reserve.
  • Chop the peppers, eggs, pickles and olives, add them to ground beef and mix well.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
  • Now we cover the bottom and walls of the mold with the bacon strips, ensuring that they protrude 5 cm from each side.
  • Fill the mold with enough meat while compacting with a spoon, cover the top with the outstanding bacon and take it to the oven for 45 minutes.
  • To prepare the bittersweet, in a pot we put the ketchup, vinegar, soybeans and sugar over medium heat, stir until everything is unified, add the cornstarch and let cook for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
  • After time, we remove the meat from the oven, let stand 5 minutes and unmold it on a plate, we can only chop and serve to taste with a bit of bittersweet sauce.


It is recommended that the mold to be used is silicone, since it is much more practical and easy to unmold.

To the meat we can also add cooked vegetables such as carrots and potatoes.
